Karen Sisto LLC Terms and Conditions

The Website

Our Company maintains a website at www.iCanForAutism.com that provides information about our products, and features the blog of our founder Karen Kabaki-Sisto.

Personally-Identifiable Information Collected on the Website

Your “personally identifiable information” is collected on our Website if a visitor voluntarily submits it. For example, you may choose to send us PII about yourself by completing an online form on our Website. “Personally-identifiable information” or “PII” is information that can be used to identify or locate a particular person or entity. PII includes, but is not limited to a person’s name, company name, personal postal address, company postal address, telephone number, mobile number and/or email address.

We will use your PII to respond to your request. Your contact information may also be used to reach you, when necessary, regarding issues concerning your use of the Website. Once collected, we will store your PII for a reasonable period of time for recordkeeping purposes. The information that we store is sometimes deleted as space requires or in the normal course of business.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information Collected on the Website

We collect “non-personally identifiable information” from visitors to this Website. “Non-personally-identifiable information” or “Non-PII” is information that cannot by itself be used to identify a particular person or entity, and may include a visitor’s IP host address, pages viewed, browser type, Internet browsing and usage habits, Internet service provider, domain name, the time/date of your visit to this Website, the referring URL and your computer's operating system.

We use this information to understand our Website traffic, to make the content on our Website more usable and useful for visitors, and to help us maintain the Website.

Cookies And Clear Gifs

The Website uses “cookies” to enhance a visitor’s experience of our Website, and to allow us to understand how visitors use our Website.  The “cookie” placed by the Website is a unique number that is assigned to your browser the first time that you visit the Website. This number is stored in a file on your computer and helps us recognize you during your visits, and to recognize you in a subsequent visit to our Website.  Our Company cannot use these cookies to personally identify you, and these cookies cannot damage your system or files.

The Website may use “clear gifs” (also known as web beacons) to help the Company understand how visitors interact with the Website. A “clear gif” is a transparent graphic image that is placed on a website. The clear gif allows a website to measure the actions of the visitor to a website page that has a clear gif. Our Company may use clear gifs to measure visitor behavior, to help us improve visitor experience, and to manage website content.
