As soon as you download I Can Have Conversations With You!™, your child's therapy begins, and she or he will begin to make progress immediately.
Over time, as the learning cycle is repeated with each new downloaded conversation module in the series, you will witness your child be better able to start, maintain, and end naturally-flowing conversations.

The child "role plays" within the conversation
Role Play is an interactive section where your child records and listens to his or her voice as if he or she were a part of the conversation.
Your very important role is to help record, listen, and judge his or her abilities to communicate without a script or prompt. The results are scored and incorporated into the evaluation you receive at the completion of each conversation module.

This section requires an adult's participation. You will judge each of your learner’s utterances and witness her/his independent abilities to communicate within the conversation.
Encourage your learner to record as many sentences or questions as possible pertaining to the topic. Record whatever he or she thinks is correct, even if he/she makes mistakes.
You will judge each of your child's utterances as ‘Correct’ or ‘Not correct.’ As you go, praise your learner regardless of the correctness of his or her recording (e.g., “I like the way you are working.”; “Good working!”).
